Welcome to Overcoming Ambition, a conversation about change, resilience and defining success on your own terms; while juggling parenting, paid work and any other curveballs life throws at you. We'll also introduce ourselves, Margot Korhonen and Sonia Cahill, long-time friends who are passionate about community and people. Based in New Zealand and Australia respectively, we wanted to work together on a project which is fun and familiar to both of us - taking on lots of projects at once and dreaming BIG.
